Octane, a custom, collaborative application built and managed by Aquent IT Solutions for UBS, is one example of business intelligence and collaboration at work.  Octane provides a scalable hedge fund research platform utilized by marketing, research, accounting and investment teams within UBS.  The system tracks critical data about available hedge funds to aid investment decisions.

Another example is RoboHead – a hosted marketing project management application that enables creative departments to route, approve, store and manage creative projects.
